Pre-diabetic: This indicates a tendency to diabetes. Diet , exercise and wt loss are the keys to treating this condition. Some would consider using medications such as metformin or canagliflozin to help with wt loss and to normalize your numbers. But that may be a little premature. Talk with your doc.

What's your question: Given your weight & height, your body mass index is 22.3 (http://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/health/educational/lose_wt/BMI/bmicalc.htm) which is normal, and low risk for diabetes. Hemoglobin A1c is a running 3 month average of your sugar control. 5.7-6.4 is considered pre-diabetes or at increase risk. Fasting glucose should be less than 100 while diabetes is greater than 125. In btwn is pre-diabetes.
