I have been taking generic escitalopram 10mg for anxiety. it's been 30 days and i have not really seen a change in anxiety. should i increase to 20mg?

Ask your doctor.: You should ask the doctor who prescribed it. He or she will know whether that is likely to help and whether it is likely to be safe. You should never change the dosage of your medicine on your own. Good luck.

Agree w Dr.: Seibert, Many people who don't respond at 10 mg will respond at 20mg. BUT this is a decision that should be made with your treating provider. Be well.
