Low Hemoglobin: You have a slightly low hemoglobin level (normal for adult women is 12-16). There was probably some blood loss from the cyst but not enough for the doctor to call it hemorrhage. Some people have a very tight balance of hemoglobin to Hct, and even small drops can result in dizziness and weakness. It should go away quickly. If not, see your PCP or specialist following you for the cyst.
