Lot of info: That's a lot of info to parse. Gallstones can give you many of those symptoms but so can other more serious diseases. You should see a surgeon if the symptoms have not resolved. If your gallbladder is felt to be the source a lap chole will help. You need to rule-out a cardiopulmonary cause as well. The ovarian cyst rupture is painful but should be limited and improve over the next few days.
