Bacterial infection?: Most people with WBC counts like this have a bacterial infection of some sort. Discuss with your doctor.

How do they look?: I've done this to myself just by staying in cold water for a while. Ignore the percentages, focus only on the absolute counts. If the white cells are morphologically normal and you feel well, get a good physical exam and repeat in two weeks. Some folks always run high neuts / grans simply because their cells don't stick to the vessels but prefer to circulate and it's a non-problem.
