Usually not: In Detrusor weakness you have to strain and constrict your muscles in order to urinate. It is typically not due to medications but other issues involving bladder dysfunction. OAB is an overactive bladder and typically involves rapid and early emptying of the bladder, quite the opposite of Detrusor weakness.
