Why does lemon or lime water make my bladder weak? i was diagnosed with oab in 2017 after a surgery and took meds to correct it, but why does water with lemons and limes bring this condition back? the citrus fruits act as a diuretic, but why weakness?

What do you mean by "weak"? Does it mean you citrus fruits make you incontinent or frequent to the restroom? I am not sure why you think citrus fruits have diuretic effect which is not true to my knowledge. If you think citrus fruits exacerbate the OAB symptoms, you can reduce the intake and observe. Drinking too much fluid will for sure increase frequency to the restroom though.
