No, but...: In general, bladder infection is related to detrusor weakness which leads to incompletely emptying bladder - a common and important factor for the difficulty in treating bacterial UTI. So, cystitis per se does not cause bladder weakness although it can alter the sensing ability of the bladder. Good question! Best wish...
