Can you explain to me the primary and secondary immune response in terms of speed and number of antibodies produced?

Immunity: Very broad subject but the primary response is slower and takes time to make antibody to foreign particles. Secondary response is a memory response that occurs much swifter due to the primary response. The quantity of antibody is dependent on the infection and how long it lasts. There is no benefit to measure quantity.
