A member asked:

Polycystic ovaries, but they are normal size (not enlarged)? also normal sized uterus? is it definitely pcos, i have acne, irreg cycle, hirsutism?

Most likely: You symptoms definetly suggest pco. Did your weight increase. Your doctors may consider glucophage (metformin).

Could be, but: Every woman has cysts in their ovaries. That doesn't mean a diagnosis of pcos, which is often a clinical diagnosis. Acne, weight gain, irregular menses and hair growth are common in pcos, so you may have the disorder, but you need to check w/your doctor, not the internet for a diagnosis.
