Possible: If you have been on ocp's for a while many of the cysts present with pcos may have resolved. The regular periods would be normal on ocp's, but if you were regular before starting ocp's, then maybe you do not have pco's. If you do have pcos, then when you stop the pill your cycles will likely become irregular, more cysts will develop on your ovaries, and your fsh wil exceed your lh.
