We don't know you.: I think you are going to have to talk to your spine surgeon who will be familiar with your surgery, your condition etc. to know.

Ask your surgeon: If possible, you should ask your surgeon about the stability of your surgical repair. Bungee jumping can be a big stress on your body. He would know better than anyone how well prepared you are to deal with that. Good luck, and if you get to go, have fun! I've always wanted to do that.
