Hi-I had been trying to get in touch with my GP because I need a refill for my blood pressure medicine; however, I cannot be seen until the end of October. Could I visit a little clinic or schedule a tele-health appointment to obtain a refill? Blood Pressure?
Just took my blood pressure at a clinic. 30sec after i sat, it was 150/95, 1min after 125/90 and 2-3 minutes after 135/85. I thought this was high but the guy at clinic told me that it's absolutely normal. Isnt this high?
