Urinalysis: When a lab test is done on your urine you look for signs of infection: WBC, Bacteria, Nitrites, leukocytes. You also do a specific gravity and this tells how concentrated the urine is. I would thing your urine looked like it was still infected and your specific gravity was high indicating you are dehydrated to a degree.
