The one that works: Only the pregnant woman knows best what medicine, food, drink works best (or the least worse!) for her. She would know better than anyone else what to eat, when to eat, how much to eat. As a general rule, don't mix liquid food with solid, eat or drink little at a time, and in early pregnancy don't force food that your mother-in-law says its good for you unless you like it.
