In a review: of my sources there is no established ill effects on pregnancy with regard to this drug! HOWEVER, I would very much depend upon your OB-GYN's input with regard to your early pregnancy!. Remember that since the drug is used to treat nausea/vomiting it must have been used in unknown early pregnancy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope this helps! Dr Z
