Narrow Pulse P.: AI has a wide pulse pressure, not a narrow pulse pressure. Young female with narrow pulse pressure - would get an echocardiogram. Low cardiac function, pericardial effusion, aortic stenosis, mitral stenosis, severe anemia, and tachycardia are considerations. Also could be normal in young healthy person depending on values and circumstances it is measured.
