My blood pressure was on average 202/92. my doctor put me on lisinopril and epleranone. after more than 5 years, my pressure is now averaging 123/59, with a pulse rate of 60. i am taking the same meds and feel good, but is this pressure now too low?

Your prescribing primary care Dr should be monitoring this and adjusting the meds according to your BP trends. Bring it to their attention and ask if lowering the dose would be better. Low blood pressure can cause instability and fall risk in older persons, so it is vital to get this attended to.
