Skin fold?: Unclear what it is but if it isn't hurting, turning red getting hot or causing other problems it can wait till you see your GP next time and have them take a look.

Irreg. Scalp: You should always remember that when you see something on your skin ANYWHERE, that you don't understand, you owe it to yourself to report to a dermatologist and get it checked! Grooves a dents in the scalp can be normal or may indicate serious diseases. Take my advice and see Derm!!
