Unexplained scalp pain when moving hair. like when you make a tight ponytail and the pain you get after. but its in one localized spot and every week its in a different localized spot. cant find the reason of this unexplained pain. what could it be?

Scalp pain: Most likely, your pain is due to tension. The scalp is covered with muscles that can become painful when you are under stress or with repetitive use such as extensive use of computers. If possible, use a mirror or have someone check the painful part of the scalp to look for rash or irritation. Could also be due to sensitivity to a shampoo or other topical substance.
