It could be: A white hair growing on one spot of your scalp could be from an underlying birth mark. Of course, many people will start to get white hairs as they age. Some earlier than others.

Possibly: A solitary white patch of hair is called poliosis. It's a descriptive term and isn't necessarily associated with any other condition. Most cases are idiopathic, meaning the cause is unknown. Some are associated with the loss off color in the underlying scalp (vitiligo), local trauma, or a specific medical condition such as the white forelock in waardenburg's syndrome. Discuss with your doctor.
