Headaches from ?: I doubt the headaches are related to the extraction. Best to see the dentist who extracted your tooth just to make sure the socket is healing properly. Regarding headaches, if it continues see your physician as it could be from stress, allergies, high blood pressure, dehydration or any number of other medical causes.

Myofascial pain: Sometimes the procedure and injections can create stress on the muscles you use to chew. These muscles can strain, or spasm the same way other muscles in your body can. When these muscles get strained they can result in headaches, cheekbone soreness etc.

Not directly related: You could very likely have headaches related to stress, dehydration, inadequate sleep or compromised nutrition; any of these could be secondary to healing after your extraction, but you change that. Ensure you manage to stay hydrated & rested, eat good food, and do something you enjoy for 15min every day. If you don't improve after doing this consistently, follow up with your provider.
