Sleep deprived?: These "sleep hygiene" interventions may help you sleep better: 1) Relax a few hours before bed; 2) Eliminate screen time before bed; 3) Take a warm bath, or try a warm foot soak or wearing warm socks; 4) Add aromatherapy (lavender helps induce sleep); 5) turn the lights low &read something calming; 6) try some guided imagery &deep breathing, &you'll drift off.
