Need to see doctor: There are many causes for impaired sleep. You may have something like sleep apnea. There is no way to sort this out without seeing your doctor. You need to tell your doctor all of your symptoms. It would help for you to keep a journal for a week with your sleep problems and your daytime symptoms. Take this when you see your doctor. You may need a sleep study.
