MD and DDS consult: The most likely cause of seeing blood in your saliva if you did not accidentally cut yourself in your mouth is some form of gum disease. There are many causes of dry mouth. When were your last medical and dental check-ups? Sounds like you should see your own dentist and primary care physician.

See DDS: Start with a consultation with your dentist, have the dentist check for any periodontal issues and or caries. If everything is ok, you may be referred to your primary care MD for an evaluation. Start with the simplest first.
