Do i have hashimoto's? i had a partial thyroidectomy because i had heterogeneous multi-nodules thyroid. sed rate and c-reactive protein are elevated. do thyroid antibodies have to be present in hashimotos i have hypothyroidism taking levothyroxine

Good day The diagnosis of Hasimotos disease requires you to have thyroid antibodies present it is an autoimmune disorder Since you did not mention what your underlying diagnosis is I suggest you discuss with your treating physician
