Second opinion: You might need one, and from a doctor, not from the internet. I'm sure your doctors have done many tests, some of which we would need to see before guiding you to the next step(s). At some point, swollen lymph nodes need to be fully explained, and that might include doing a biopsy (though there are many situations where that is not necessary).

86 year old male was hospitalized and diagnosed with stridor. X-ray of chest normal. CT of neck shows little swollen gland which . Post release stridor noise came down but still little noise is there. PCP recommended loratadine OTC. Any advise ?
