See below: Without more information, a solid answer or suggestion is difficult. There may still be reflux occurring as evidenced by the petechiae, but other issues must be looked at and without more info about his past medical history, i can't suggest anything more other than see you doctor again and discuss you concerns. The liver enzyme issue needs to be addressed.

Evaluation: Sounds like your child is overdue for an evaluation by a gastroenterologist. Ask your child's Pediatrician for a referral, or schedule at a Childrens Specialty hospital for work-up.
