What foods will make my bones stronger?

Exercise: Weight bearing exercise is far more important than any foods. Taking calcium and vitamin D will help and you can get both from milk. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Healthy Diet.: Generally, a balanced diet and moderate exercise are all that is required for strong healthy bones. The necessary ingredients are both "calcium" and "vitamin D". Calcium is found in cheese and milk products, green leafy vegetables and nuts. Vitamin D is normally obtained by the sunlight reacting with our skin as well as eating oily fish, salmon and eggs. Taking a vitamin D supplement is fine.

Fruits, vegetables: Ideally you would want to take plenty of calcium, vitamin d, fruits and vegetables. Calcium is also used by the body to balance the ph, so a highly acidic diet can cause calcium to be pulled from the bone as well.
