A well rounded diet: Is key for healthy bone growth. Outside of that specifically focusing on calcium intake is beneficial. Younger people typically don't need calcium supplementation but it doesn't hurt. Furthermore vitamin d intake is also good and or getting a outside a little bit everyday so your body can make its own vitamin d. Eat dairy foods for calcium, spinach, green leafy vegetables and enjoy outside.
