Migraine disorder.: The CT scans are probably contributing (not helping) to your headaches, since they have been nondiagnostic. Most headaches (99+%) have no cause that can be found by CT. Given your age & description, you probably have a migraine disorder or tension headaches which can be treated with safer medications than opiates. While miserable, they are not deadly. Talk to a neurologist for diagnosis & Rx. GL.
