Not as per your : History. If you had an accident 4 days ago and since then you are able to hold a job and besides headache have no other symptoms, then most likely you continue to watch for a day or so more for headache to go away. If you develop vomiting or fever or get dizzy then it's better to go to ER right away. Similarly any weakness in any partridge body and widening headache means you need to go to ER.
