Probably none: this is an incidental finding- it is included because it is not "normal", but it is not pathological- and would not produce symptoms. its much more likely to be a bit of scarring than fluid, as it stated in question. so i would not worry too much about it- but if the report suggests repeating the xray at a certain interval, you should do so under your doctors supervision. hope this helps
