It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. These may be enlarged lymph glands. If the any lump doubles in size, ulcerates, other lumps appear, you get fever of lose weight it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
