Peripheral: neuropathy most likely due to compression neuritis. Confirm with MRI. Get screened for diabetes type 2 or pre-diabetes.

Stability: Facet atrophy is associated with instability of areas of the spine. From your description, it appears as if this is at the base, causing your saddle symptoms. Please see your surgeon promptly to be evaluated to address the issue.
