Probably: Often it's semantic. If the lymphocytes are found first in the blood, it goes into the "leukemia" category; if in a lymph node, "lymphoma". Well differentiated lymphocytic lymphoma / chronic lymphocytic leukemia are two faces of the same creature, which is what I'm betting (though not certain) that this is. Your prognosis depends on the genes that drive the cells. Best wishes
