Just Shoes?: This type on condition is very difficult to assess without knowing much more about the entire clinical picture. While permanent nerve damage from just wearing "tight" shoes is not unheard of, there could be more clinical factors to be considered before suggesting "nerve" tablets are going to help. I would suggest you consult with a experienced neurologist for rooting out any underlying conditions.
