A member asked:

If l had nerve damage in my toes from wearing tight shoes all my life would it show on emg?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Nerve Damage: Nerve Damage may or may not show on an EMG. This will depend on the extent of the nerve damage. Even though you may feel that your toes are numb, the nerves may still respond to stimuli from an EMG study.
