"Unremarkable": Common medical jargon for "no abnormality" or "normal". There is nothing on the xray to remark on.

Means no problem : on chest x-ray, but that doesn't mean you don't have a clinical problem, that's why clinical correlation is important, and any study should be read within a clinical context, the ordering physician would explain better, best wishes
