Ovarian cancer ?: Why are you worried about ovarian cancer? Do you or your family have a history ? Usually cancers present as PAINLESS masses in the abdomen, not painful. Though certainly repeating the US would be a good idea. If nice normal ovaries are seen you. An look for another cause of your pain. Feel better !
