Not wise to do: Normal daily recommended intake of biotin is 25 mcg. Any excess is likely to be peed out or end up in feces. There is no reason to take such a large dose of biotin. Better to eat foods that contain biotin including salmon,carrots, bananas, soy flour, cereals and yeast. A balanced diet is the best way to health.
