Thyroid and biotin : Biotin can interfere with the accuracy of thyroid testing and management. I recommend you speak with your provider about alternatives for hair loss that do not involve Biotin. Scalp massage, avoidance of chemical coloring/perms, shampoo about 2-4 times per week (not daily), good nutritional intake and hydration, as well as regular exercise are safe options for now

Hair loss : You will want to discuss your hair loss with your physician. You can review your current treatment plan. The doctor can determine if any other testing is needed and assess the degree of hairloss. Then, a treatment plan can be recommended.

Allergy meds: There are many good over the counter allergy medications. If the problem is year round, seeing someone who does provocation/neutralization allergy testing could help the symptoms right away.

I have sore throat, headache, bodyache, mild fever. Is it a bacterial or viral infection? I had a flu shot last month.

Could be either: The symptoms you describe could indicate either a bacterial or viral infection; although statistically, viral infections are more common. An examination will be important. The fact that you had a flu shot is great but flu shots only protect against the 2-4 worst strains of influenza flu for that season; it doesn't protect against the thousands of other strains of flu. Best to see your doctor.

Labs: I'm not seeing lab results, sounds like much of this can be explained by thyroid disorder, but need labwork to evaluate for this, auto-immunue, and other issues, be sure to follow up with your doctor closely until issues are explained and resolved.

Find another doctor: I would treat you with antibiotics. Even if your primary infection is viral I have found that antibiotics can help prevent bacterial superinfection.

Could be anything: Do a blood preg test, if neg then one of the other 2 , if your period does not start and you are not preg then other testing can be done.
