Why?: Why do you feel that she needs extra biotin beyond what she's getting in her nutrition? What does her Family Doc or Pediatrician say about this? Lack of biotin is rare such that there is no RDA or RNI. Normal daily recommended intake is 30mcg for 7-10yo and just 30-100mcg for adolescents & adults. Granted this amount is not intended to be optimal 4 all, but biotin isn't something typically measure
