Yes. However...: It is perfectly safe to take 10,000 mcg of biotin. That sounds like a lot, but it is the same as 10 mg. There is no known toxicity of biotin but that's a much higher amount than most people need so I wonder why you want to take it. Biotin deficiency is rare.
