Biopsy: In the setting of monoclonal B cell lymphcytosis, an occurrence of rapid enlarging lymph node warrants a biopsy to rule out transformation into aggressive lymphoma.

Lymph nodes: If you develop enlargement of lymph nodes, spleen or liver, a biopsy would be warranted.

40yo/F.Rec labs uploaded.chronic lymphocytosis.Had bone marrow biopsy checking for cancer,only found small cluster of mast cells, show cd25 and spindled.But NO cKit mutation and normal tryptase levels.Blood stays about the same?Been followed over 1yr?
