40yo/F.Rec labs uploaded.chronic lymphocytosis.Had bone marrow biopsy checking for cancer,only found small cluster of mast cells, show cd25 and spindled.But NO cKit mutation and normal tryptase levels.Blood stays about the same?Been followed over 1yr?
I understand that monoclonal B cell lymphocytosis can cause an elevated WBC. Could it cause a high or very high CRP as well?
Are any of (1) overlap myeloproliferative/myelodysplastictiy disorder (2) monoclonal B cell lymphocytosis or(3) monoclonal gammopathy ever familial?
Can monoclonal b-cell lymphocytosis be an antecedent cause of hypostatic pneumonia?
