Biopsy: In the setting of monoclonal B cell lymphcytosis, an occurrence of rapid enlarging lymph node warrants a biopsy to rule out transformation into aggressive lymphoma.

Lymph nodes: If you develop enlargement of lymph nodes, spleen or liver, a biopsy would be warranted.
