Can monoclonal b-cell lymphocytosis be an antecedent cause of hypostatic pneumonia?

I seriously doubt it: But no body has any support for this association as this condition, you are talking about does not cause any immediate effects on your health and your immunity.

Hypostatic pneumonia: Hypostatic pneumonia is a term used to describe fluid accummulation in the lower portions of lungs in bed-ridden individuals (typically elderly). One thing you can do to reduce a pneumonia risk is to have your physician provide you with an early pneumonia shot (pneumovax /ppsv-23) before age 65.
