Not clear: Usually once the uterus is removed there are no more fibroids. The exception is if the uterus is removed but the cervix is left in place rarely a fibroid will grow in the cervix. Bleeding after a hysterectomy can come from the upper vagina or the cervix (if it was left in place). You need an exam.
