I had a hysterectomy 7yrs.ago..my ovaries are still intact...i have started to spot aftet having intercourse and i have fibroids what is going on?

Not clear: Usually once the uterus is removed there are no more fibroids. The exception is if the uterus is removed but the cervix is left in place rarely a fibroid will grow in the cervix. Bleeding after a hysterectomy can come from the upper vagina or the cervix (if it was left in place). You need an exam.
