Notalgia: A patch of skin with no symptoms, particularly on shoulder blades of women is most likely a condition called notalgia paresthetica. This patch of skin can also be itchy, burning or achy. It is thought to be due to inflammation or irritation of a skin nerve. It is sometimes a challenge to treat but treatments are available. Please talk to your dermatologist.

Upper back -Shoulder blade pain, pinching and strain. Sore sides of the neck. Bending the neck down increases the pinching and pain in shoulder blades. So times this leads to headache on the back of the head.
