I developed some hurting skin in right outer armpit. a day felt the sore skin in shoulder blade/upper back. two days later noticed small rash on lower inner right breast. all of breast is tender, nipple very sensitive. is this shingles...a mild case?

It sounds like you may be right that it is Shingles. You could be evaluated and may be placed on medication to reduce the duration of the pain and also consider getting the shingles vaccine.
