Small lump under skin not visible on my back next to my left shoulder blade. it causes a burning,itching sensation and pain in that area and is sore.

Needs removal : If you have a bothersome lump on your back please get it evaluated. It may be as simple as a sebaceous cyst that just needs to be opened and extracted. This of course is impossible to tell without seeing the bump.

Could be???: It could be a lipoma or a cyst. It is hard to tell without an exam. I recommend seeing your doctor to have evaluated.
